Who We Are and Why We Care

We are a group of University of Guelph students who have spent the last four months getting educated, getting engaged, and getting enraged about global climate change.

We decided it was time to take action.

Something needs to be done to bring climate change back into the media and back onto the political agenda as a top priority.

And what better way to show we care than by using the same strategies that politicians have become so fond of: robocalls!

That’s right: it’s time to make our voices heard and show that we Canadians care about climate change by calling our friendly neighbourhood Prime Minister, Stephen Harper.

Check out our blog for more information about us.

Yours in calling,

Afnan, Alex, Amanda, Ashlee, Emma, Hilary, Joanna, Jocelyn, Kayley, Melissa, Michelle, Morgan, Neda, Shannon, Sukhchan, Tyler, and Vanita

P.S. Great big thanks and props to Abid Virani for all his advice and for editing the video, and to Geoff Loughton, Yvonne Su, and Gracen Johnson for advice!
